If you are not fully vaccinated, we are unable to hold face-to-face meetings with you and will instead arrange meetings with you by telephone or video call. On arrival to the office, we will sight and scan your Vaccine Pass.
All meetings with our team members must be scheduled in advance. We are limiting the number of clients at our office to ensure physical distancing.
Please scan in and wear a face covering. We have disposable face masks if you need them, and manual contact tracing is available.
We ask that you respect the members of our team who are taking the necessary precautions and following the required Government guidelines to help us all stay well.

 

Health and safety during the global pandemic.

Bramwell Bate is committed to both our team and our clients’ health and safety during the global pandemic.

As we have moved to the new traffic light system, our office is open, and we are following Government guidelines to ensure we keep both you and our team safe.

If you are not fully vaccinated, we are unable to hold face-to-face meetings with you and will instead arrange meetings with you by telephone or video call. On arrival to the office, we will scan your Vaccine Pass (either electronic or hard copy) using the Ministry of Health’s NZ Pass Verifier. If you prefer to email us a copy of your Vaccine Pass, we will note the expiry date for our records and we will not need to see it again until it is renewed.

If any of our team feel unwell, they stay at home. In return, we ask that you do not visit our office if you feel unwell. If you are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, please do not visit our office and reschedule any meetings until your results are received.

The health and safety of our team and our clients is our priority in these challenging times. We understand some people are unsure about getting vaccinated or have a medical reason why they can’t. We respect your right to choose. If for this reason, you are unable to follow this protocol, please let your key contact at our firm know and we will plan how we can continue to support you.
