Legal Executive

Kelly Henderson

Kelly was born and raised in Hastings before spending time in Wellington and London. After returning from her OE, Kelly completed her Legal Executive Diploma in 2019. Outside of the office, Kelly is a bit of a social butterfly who enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the odd quiz night, a glass of wine and sampling what the local restaurants have to offer.

Law Clerk

Tayla Westman

Tayla’s family made the move from South Africa to New Zealand in 2008 and quickly climatized to the Hawke’s Bay lifestyle. Tayla joined Bramwell Bate during the summer of 2020 as a legal intern and is now working part-time in anticipation of completing her studies in early 2022. Tayla will graduate with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a BA from the University of Auckland. Her Honours research targets legislative reform to the Crimes Act 1961 in light of contemporary issues.
